"The diverse audience deemed his presentation as 'exemplary and inspirational.' He is a superb communicator handling a diverse audience and creating an energised buzz. After the Q&A the audience were queuing to speak to him. We had a room of smiling customers!!" Assistant Professor, London Metropolitan University - May 2012
"The combination of his inimitable dry humour together with the content telling of the revolution in banking he has undertaken in the UK, lead to comparisons with Richard Branson. His entrepreneurial vision of a company which centres on customer satisfaction as the core business driver held the audience captive, and they were keen to engage with him on Q&A sessions that followed. We can highly recommend Anthony to other event organisers." Presentation on Metro Bank at ICEW (International Customer Experience World) event - March 2012
