John Moloney is a multi-award-winning English comedian of Irish descent and has been performing for over 25 years. He has entertained audiences across the globe with his crafted, intelligent, and original routines.
John is best known for his appearances on the BBC’s ‘The Stand-Up Show’ and was included in Channel 4’s ‘World’s One Hundred Greatest Stand-Ups’. He has also recorded 5 series of ‘The John Moloney Show’ for BBC Radio 4, which was featured on ‘Pick of the Week’ and ‘Pick of the Year’ - Radio 4’s flagship entertainment shows.
John was delighted to be nominated as ‘Best Live Stand-Up’ at the British Comedy Awards but was even happier to be the winner of ‘Outstanding Contribution to UK Comedy’. Not a bad result for an ex-schoolteacher!
