Reuben Kaye is a celebrated international comedian, cabaret host, singer, and writer, known for his bold and award-winning performances.
He has captivated audiences worldwide, holding residencies in vibrant cities like Berlin, Stockholm, and most recently, London’s Southbank Centre. His show *Apocalipstik* garnered critical acclaim, winning the Perth Now Critics Choice Award at Fringe World and the Adelaide Cabaret Festival Icon Award. Reuben returned to Edinburgh Fringe in 2024 with the UK debut of *Live & Intimidating*, following successful performances across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
In 2023, his comedy cabaret show *The Butch Is Back* earned a nomination for NextUp’s Biggest Award in Comedy and secured second place on the British Comedy Guide’s list of the highest-reviewed shows at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe, boasting 19 five-star reviews. The show also won three Green Room Awards in 2022: Best Cabaret Artist, Best Production, and Best Musical Direction. Reuben's accolades include the Best Cabaret award from both Perth Fringe World and Adelaide Fringe in 2021, along with a nomination for the Most Outstanding Show award at the Melbourne Comedy Festival.
