Simon Thomas is a very experienced broadcaster, speaker, and compere.  Currently the face of SKY SPORTS Soccer Saturday.Simon is available for hosting, motivational speaking and brand campaigns.

 • Simon Thomas is a respected broadcaster with over 25 years’ experience.
 He started his broadcasting career on BBC’s Blue Peter. 
.He is now the presenter of Sky Sports’ legendary and flagship football results 
show, Soccer Saturday presenting an impressive 6 hours of live football updates.
 
• Simon is a renowned Sports Broadcaster and has presented across many different shows
 including Cricket AM, Sky Sports News, Ryder Cup, Olympic Games, Sky Sports football
 and Amazon Prime football.
 
• In 2017, Simon experienced a life changing event when his first wife Gemma died very
 suddenly just three days after being diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia.

 He made the decision to leave TV to devote time to looking after his son, Ethan.
 During this period Simon wrote his first book, Love Interrupted which was supported by his
 Podcast Life Interrupted.
 Simon is now the President of Blood Cancer UK.
 

 • Simon made his return to broadcasting in 2019 to present a series of films for
 ITV’s This Morning  BBC’s Morning Live and Sunday Morning Live
 and became a regular panelist on Channel 5’s The Jeremy Vine Sho
 

 • Simon has openly spoken about navigating life after grief, his mental health struggles,
 sobriety and Christianity 
 He remarried in 2021 and is now a proud father to 2 toddlers and 1 teenager. His home roots 
lie in Cromer, Norfolk where he is a regular visitor, and he is a loyal Norwich City Fan.

 • As well as speaking Simon is equally at home hosting live events, large and small.  He was 
the London 2012 Olympic Stadium warm up host in front of 80,000 people. He has compered 
the ECB Twenty20 Cup and has hosted many end of season dinners for football clubs, 
including Chelsea, Norwich City, and Wolverhampton Wanderers.  He is also a regular host 
for EFL events and the Football League Awards.
