We were delighted to welcome over 50 event professionals to the Institute of Directors on Monday 14th May 2018.
The afternoon was led by Dr Eliza Filby, visiting lecturer at Kings College, London and author of a book on Millennials. She chaired two panels on Millennials, looking at how to manage them, and market to them. Discussing their management was Roberta Lucca of the award winning Bocca Studios whose workforce is 70% millennials, and leadership expert Chris Roebuck.
The Marketing Panel featured retail tech expert Alex Sbardella and entrepreneur, and millennial himself, Fraser Doherty. Clips from the day, including a gallery of pics is available on the main event page.
